Technicians LOOK HERE FIRST

In order to access your account you must "Register Your Free Account"(located above username/password.) In this new website you will choose a username and password. Your Tech ID remains the same as it was (Last four of your social and first four letters of last name.) If you're last name is under four letters repeat the last letter twice.

All Certified Technicians must Activate their account!

Look to the left in the Member's Area then click "Register Your Free Account" and follow instructions to activate. Non-NORA Certified Technicians, Companies, Educators, Proctors, Instructors, and Schools will be coming up next to open their account!

NORA has developed a vast number of educational programs to promote service excellence in the Oilheat industry. Included in the training are special classes for Technicians, Drivers, Customer Service Personnel, and Management. NORA also educates Insurance Agents & Underwriters, Home Inspectors, and Real Estate Professionals!

Ensuring the highly trained employees provides customers with maximum value through economical quality service. A well trained workforce will also ensure that the Oilheat Industry contributes to America's future by providing safe, home comfort; whether it is home heating or air conditioning. This training ensures that the most energy efficient installations occur and the homeowner is guaranteed a warm home on the coldest day with hot water for dishwashing, clothes washing and for all domestic uses.

In addition to the traditional technical training, NORA has developed several courses for other individuals in an Oilheating company. They include courses for Senior Management, Drivers, Financial Personnel, and Customer Service Representatives.
